Summer hours (April 1- Oct 31st): Mon, Wed, Fri: 9am-4pm, or call to make appointment.
Winter hours (Nov 1st – March 31st): Hours are limited. Please call office for appointment

Can I access my spot anytime?
Once you have your key card you will have access to your unit accordingly to the seasonal hrs ( hrs located at the gate), however we highly recommend not coming in before or after daylight.

What size of spots are available?
We have stalls available from 30 feet +, in addition to Pull-Through stalls which are available at a higher rental rate than our standard rates.

What is the rental cost for storage?
Monthly rent rates start at $35/mo plus GST and go up depending on the size of spot needed. Pull throughs are also available at an added cost. Semi Annual and Annual prepayment discounts available. Please call us to determine what your cost will be.

How can I pay for storage?
We take cash, debit, Etransfer, cheque or credit card.  Please make cheques payable to J&J Storage.

How often do I need to pay?
Rent is pre-paid on the 1st of the month.  Payments can be made on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis.  Discounts apply for semi-annual and annual pre-payments.  For added convenience, we can auto bill your credit card to ensure payment is made on time.  Receipts are emailed to all customers at every renewal.

Is it secure?
We have an electronic gate that can only be opened with a customer key fob/card. There is a residence onsite to ensure security of the storage units.

What is the $100 Security Deposit for?
When moving in, a security deposit of $100 is collected in trade for a personal key card to gain access to the storage facility. When moving out, ensure you notify the office immediately and return the key card. When the key card is returned, the $100 deposit will be given back.

Do you need to know if I am moving out?
Yes, please notify the office as soon as you know the date you are moving out, please give us at least 10 days advance notice. You can notify us by stopping into the office during business hours or by emailing or calling the office. A move out will be scheduled for that specific day but only once the key card is returned and we are notified that the stall has been vacated will we move the unit out of the system. Therefore it is important to notify the office as soon as stall has been vacated in order to receive the $100 security deposit and any full months not used back. (In addition to being charged for any additional months)
